CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
SABDA does not accept cancellations of orders once paid for, nor returns of any goods except where received in damaged
or defective condition and where evidence of the damage is provided within five days of receipt of the goods.
In such cases the damaged/defective goods will be replaced free of cost.
The option of a full refund with return of the damaged/defective books is also available.
SABDA guarantees delivery of goods as ordered and will re-ship free of cost any goods conclusively
established as lost in transit and not delivered to the addressee.
The option of a full refund against such non-delivered orders is also available.
